We talk a lot about our experience, our integrity and about being green experts. But, what does that really mean?

Simple.  It means that we have employees with specialized expertise in virtually every area of landscaping and horticulture possible. Our staff consists of horticulturists, arborists, designers and trained experts in the areas of irrigation, fertilizations, landscape maintenance and more.

Moreover, it means that we believe in ongoing education to ensure we have the most up-to-date knowledge and expertise to deliver a superior service.

To do so, we place a great emphasis on employee training.  Every one of our employees receives Green Industry Best Practice Management (GI-BMP) training. The University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Florida-Friendly Landscaping conducts this program to “teach environmentally safe landscaping practices that help conserve and protect Florida’s ground and surface waters.”

The training helps to ensure that our employees are experts in the green industry and know the regulations for areas such as fertilization, irrigation and more.

In addition to the GI-BMP training, all of our account managers receive training from the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscapers Association (FNGLA), which is a horticulture certification.  This six-week course helps us better understand landscaping and the industry from a management perspective.

We find that these certification programs, plus the ongoing on-site training and learning we constantly undergo, provides our clients with the greatest levels of service, experience and expertise.

This means our customers work with someone with a particular expertise and skill s et who takes pride in getting the job done right.  Someone who understands the individuals’ needs and plan accordingly, and can assess areas of concern and proactively come up with solutions.  Someone with integrity and foresight to provide the best for your landscaping needs.
